This method will retrieve a list of all unique users access (Unique Sign Ins) and provide details for each access.
It will return a list of all users if query parameters are not set. Values should be set for query parameters in order to return a list of unique users that signed in or didn't sign in.
It can be used in your own "Usage Report" as described here. An example, would be a simple report with number/percentage of users that signed in or did not sign in during a time period and provide details about each. It can also be used to show the number of users that signed in, but did not train.
It will return results for all systems your API credentials have access to.
