This method will allow you to obtain a list of assignments a Super User (B or C) can assign to other users.
A Super User ID (suserId) is used instead of the normal User ID (userId) used throughout the API methods.
NOTE: This is an advanced feature that will require you to obtain correct settings prior to using this method.
