Remove Training Assignment

DELETE https://webservices.lightspeedvt.net/REST/V1/users/{userId}/trainingAssignments/{assignmentId}

This method will allow you to remove training from a user after retrieving a list of assignments.

NOTE: You need to obtain a list of available assignments first, by using this method.
