This endpoint will retrieve a list of all training actions for users in the system(s) your API has access to.
By specifying a username you will get a return for only the specified user.
If no date is specified, it will return training for current month by default.
NOTE: To get a count of users for pagination parameters, use the Get Users Count endpoint.
